Prior to enrollment in any of the courses listed below, a Confidential
Medical Form must be filled out, and a physician's
release may be required.
Dive Policies
*Prices are valid 12/20/08 – 12/19/09 and are subject to change without
notice. Hawaii state GET and Harbor Fees are extra.
Junior Divers
10-11 year old Junior Divers are limited to 40 feet and may not book dive packages.
They are welcome on our Afternoon 1-Tank Dive.
12-14 year old Junior Divers are limited to 60 feet and may book dive packages;
however, they must stay at 60 feet with a parent or legal guardian on 1st
dive of a 2-Tank Dive. With a qualified advanced junior diver, the depth is
70 feet.
Discover Diving Resort Course
COST WITH ONE-TANK DIVE: $170
COST WITH TWO- TANK DIVE: $190
Learn the basics of diving in one day and discover the beauty of Hawaii’s
underwater world under the guidance of one of our professional instructors. The
course includes a one-hour pool session, one- or two-tank boat dive, plus all
equipment and instruction.

Open Water Certification Course
COST: $1,000 - min. 2 people, price per person
The diving certification course offered at Red Sail Sports is a four-day course
designed to provide students with basic knowledge and skills needed to become
an Open Water diver.

Referral Course
COST: $445
A Referral
Course is perfect for people who begin their scuba certification with their favorite
dive shop back home and want to complete their four open water-training dives
in Hawaii with Red Sail Sports.

Refresher Course
COST: $62
For safety reasons, Red Sail Sports requires that divers take a refresher course
if they have not been diving in two years or more. The Refresher Course is a
one-day course involving some basic dive theory followed by a pool session in
which divers practice skills such as mask clearing, out of air procedures, and
more.
Advanced Diving Course
COST: $675
The PADI Advanced Course is designed to provide the novice diver with additional
training and offer insight into different types of diving (deep dive, night diving
etc.). Open Water divers and Junior Open Water divers may take the Advanced Course
directly after completion of the Open Water Course.
